Process times vary depending on many factors, such as time of year, amount of items and customisation options. However, we try our best to fulfil all orders within a week. For events that fall in public holidays such as Easter and Christmas, we would appreciate it if customers ordered a little earlier.

We sell as many party items as we can. The great news is that if you want something we don't sell, we would be very happy to accommodate your order and deal with any customisations you may have.
